Why do you need the bills & usage?
In order for SolarUniverse to accurately asses your solar needs, we need 12 months worth of electric bill and usage. It will tell us your usage patterns, at which tiers you pay for power, and is the raw data for our tier shaving formulas. Only with this information can we give you a reasonable expectation of how well solar will perform for your specific home.

Why the Site Survey?
During the site survey, our SUN Advisor will measure your roof, capture its orientation to the sun, measure the roof tilt and perform a shading analysis. These factors will affect the production of your SunGen solar system as well as the state rebate. It also gives us the opportunity to verify the condition of your roof and electrical service panel. Being thorough upfront ensures a higher quality installation once you decide to move forward.
